-4x6 Folded Announcement: Anna and Coulter-

I'm just a sucker for folded announcements. I especially love these ones where the front flap only covers the top several inches, leaving the bottom inch open to the names at the bottom. Anna had a very clear idea of what she wanted the announcements to look like - and I think we were able to execute the design perfectly. Congratulations to Anna and Coulter!

-Kayla and David: Folded Announcements-

I really have a love of folded announcements, and these ones just turned out beautifully. It's always difficult to show the "big picture" when dealing with folded announcements in a 2-D format (like this website), but use your imagination and you will be able to see how beautiful these announcements really are.

The front was a picture of Kayla and David that folded over until 1" from the edge. The red "Kayla and David" is actually on the layer below, on the inside.

As I mentioned above, the front folded over to cover all of the announcement wording, while leaving the red "Kayla and David" visible from the top.  (Click the picture to see it larger.)

The back was a beautiful shot of Kayla and David.

-5x7 Folded Announcements: Brennan & Austin-

I sure do love these announcements. Brennan and her mom came to me with a very clear idea of what they wanted. They had the front and inside-top laid out the way they liked it. I was able to take their idea and turn it into something that was print-ready as well as complete the design by adding a back and inside-bottom for their folded announcements.
For a while we contemplated just having an announcement with pictures with a vellum overlay, but I am glad that we decided to go with the folded announcement. I think it turned out exactly the way Brennan and her mom wanted it to!
